All storage bin rentals have a 2-week rental period. Rental time begins on the day of delivery and continues until the scheduled return date.
Extensions are available for an additional weekly fee based on your selected package size.
We provide scheduled delivery and pickup of all storage bins.
Customers must ensure bins are accessible at the agreed pickup location and time.
If bins are not ready for pickup, additional fees may apply for re-attempted pickup.
Delivery and pickup locations are confirmed at the time of booking.
Our storage bins are designed for household, educational, and event storage purposes.
Customers agree not to:
Overfill bins beyond safe stacking capacity
Use bins for hazardous, flammable, or illegal materials
Alter, damage, or modify bins in any way
Normal wear and tear is expected and accepted.
50% of the total rental price is due when the reservation is made.
The remaining 50% is due at delivery (or 24 hours before delivery if paying online).
Cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled delivery: Full refund of your booking deposit.
Cancel less than 48 hours before delivery: The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable because your inventory was reserved.
If you need to reschedule, one free date change allowed (subject to availability).
By renting our storage bins, you authorize us to invoice you the following charges for any missing or damaged bins, bin lids, dolly, or hand truck that is not returned in its original condition (excluding normal wear and tear).
Lid replacement: $8
Tote replacement: $15
Dolly replacement: $40
Hand truck replacement: $75
Every rental includes a rolling dolly for easier transport of storage bins.
Hand trucks are available for an additional $15 fee and must be requested at the time of booking or before delivery.
Late returns may result in additional weekly charges. If you anticipate needing extra time, please contact us before your scheduled pickup date to extend your rental.
